You can criticize Orange one all you want, but that SOB knows international trade economics and leverage as good as anyone in recent memory.

They're exports to us only rose by 1.5%. our exports to them went down 8.4%. so doesn't that mean they are selling more stuff to us than us to them?

The article is very poorly written and the first link in the article takes you to a CCP website that may or may not give your computer the cat aids.

A majority of that spending was because we shut our economy down because of the virus that was released to oust him. But whatever makes you feel better.

I think you mean the trump administration shut our economy down, I mean he was the president. I assume you believe that our deficit and maybe even our debt will decrease over the next four years?

Part of this is probably due to the fact they knew it was coming and American importers filled their warehouses in advance.

Their economy is definitely in trouble and I think Europe and the US are fed up with their trade practices.

We should heed their warning. For different reasons, but if we do not get this debt under control we are headed for the same deflation morass and could end up like Japan.
