They're going to let it burn, so then when Trump comes in with the national guard and cleans things up, they can blame him for anyone who dies as a result.

I thought that Chicago was still under a stay at home order, surely the protesters will follow that order with the same veracity that the residents of Chicago follow other laws such as no guns or no murder.

Loophole. You can protest, just so long as you are not protesting the stay at home order.
