Nope.
Castañon Nava consent decree applies to ICE. . It requires ICE to adopt policies barring many vehicle stops and warrantless, “collateral” arrests......something they clearly are not doing.

Sorry to disappoint you but I am not a duck or and "alter" (whatever that is).
Did you read the consent decree? Seem pretty clear ICE has violated it. The government even admitted this in the cases earlier this week.

And as an aside, this judge is literally in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1324. Arrest, charge, convict, disbar and incarcerate. That's the only way to stop this shite going forward.

You realize the Supreme Court stated this year that ICE can stop people for any reason even the color of their skin and verify citizenship
Seems like that overrules the consent decree but we shall see

These partisan hack judges are purposely destroying our judicial system. There has to be something that can be done about them. Otherwise there's no trust in their verdicts to them point where ignoring them is the only option. The DOJ isn't going to go after any employee that ignores them.

SCOTUS did not say ICE can stop people for any reason. They can, for now, use things like race, accent, and employment. That case is still ongoing.
The Consent decree bars many vehicle stops and warrantless, “collateral” arrests. In the cases earlier this week the Government admitted they violated the decree and the judge ordered 13 detainees to be released.
I expect there to be a lot more of these.
