I didn’t watch but the only two things I’d like to see proof of or not.
1. Did Trump know the truth of losing the election, but still kept pushing the lie?
2. Was there an organized plan to commit violence to prevent Congress from carrying out their constitutional duties.
1. Seems like the testimony from his cabinet members leans toward he did know he lost, or at least was told by senior cabinet members. Of course we all know Trump is never going to concede defeat. It’s just a personality flaw.
2. Not so sure they’ve proven this yet. Still evidence yet to come but I’m skeptical. We’ll have to see what the evidence says, ie text messages, communications between groups and trumps inner circle.
If both are these are proven then I think the law was broken and people should be charged. I’m not a lawyer so I don’t know for sure or how serious the charges should be.

It wasn't what she said. It's what she didn't say. Lies by omission.

You left out the part where Democrats were in charge of capital security, and let protesters walk through the door.

Nope. First things first. Until we address the Summer of Riots from 2020, I have ZERO fricks to give for a riot that took place after.
We're not going to simply forget The Summer of 2020 and skip past all of that to move on to the one you'd like to politicize.

Trump knew his claims of a stolen election were B.S.
Wrong

just like his attorney general and chief of staff told him.
Just like the dossier and the 13 intelligence agencies all told us that Russia had meddled with the 2016 election?

Yet he continued the lie because his ego can't handle losing.
It’s not a lie. It’s demonstrably proven to be true. Trump won the 2020 election.

And millions of his minions ate it up despite no evidence, 60 court challenges laughed out of court.
Not a single one of them was "laughed out of court ". Every single one of them was dismissed because of the claim of no standing.

He knew the racist Proud Boys and Oath Keepers would continue to eat up his lies and he didn't care what happened to democracy, rule of law.
Zero evidence that the Proud Boys are racist. None.
Literally everything you said is 180° opposite of the truth.

Yea , totally not biased , Totally no videos shown have been selectivity edited for that bias . Where are the true republicans at on the committee ? Rino Cheney and compromised crybaby Kratizinger dont count . They to were selectively selected as well. No defense at all ? Really ? Will they release all of the cam footage the Capital had or will the continue to push only selectively edited ones they like? Its a sham, all of it . Exactly like muh Russian collusion and muh Ukraine call . Everything Joe Biden has done is a mega fail . People are hurting and Congress is laser focused on a Fed psyop with people who didnt have weapons ending democracy.

What you describe here as potential culpability - how is it different from Democrats (name one or two) lying about unarmed black men being murdered by cops and "white supremacists," then funding, organizing and cheering on violent riots across the country that ended up with 30-some dead and billions in property damage?

I already admitted I’m not a lawyer, but as always I believe if laws were broken then people should be held accountable. I’ve never once said any different, ever.

Tried to reach out to my representative. They want you to fill out all information that they can track you down with. I’ll pass.

I never suggested you were a lawyer, and you didn't answer my question - I just want your opinion.
Assuming he did (for argument's sake), if we're going to hold Trump accountable for gaslighting some of his constituents, who then go onto break windows and steal shite from the capital - - - do you think Democrats who gaslight their constituents and then aid/abet them in destroying city blocks and murdering people should be held accountable the same way?

Truth is there is not one thing that was presented that is factually inaccurate.
Almost the entire thing was not factual.
Yes or no question. On Jan 6, did trump tell people to protest legally and peacefully?
Did Cheney mention that?
Prior to Jan 6, did trump authorize the national guard to protect the capital? Yes or no?
Who turned that offer down?
Did Cheney mention that?
When you ignore facts to rely on conjecture, your entire statement is likely untrue. Any other questions?

Facts don’t call for reading someone’s mind.

Yes. I do. I don’t know who/what you are referring to but if laws were broken they should be indicted and given their day in court
