I am a bit low on vitamin D. been taking supplements daily for years... still got COVID last Thanksgiving.

Make sure to take some K2 with it. K2 helps you absorb vitamin D.

I take D3+walk for 45 minutes a day outside.

Never heard of the K2 helping absorbency. I'll grab some.

Your body makes vitamin D naturally but it needs UV light to activate it. Get off your arse(s) and go for a 15-30 minute walk in the afternoon and you do not even have to have your vitamin D levels checked (if you are only concerned about not catching covid).

No shite sherlock, but it is not some magic and/or hidden treatment. Your immune system needs it to work properly just like your car needs your tires to be properly inflated or have enough oil in it to run smoothly.

a non covid issue- take viamin A and vit D to absorb calcium (the reason the dairies add it to milk). women especially to prevemt osteoperosis

This must be why my covid case was mild. I live outside.

I’m also very active, have a fairly healthy diet, and am not a fat arse.

VOX they've started checking Vit D levels on the residents where I consult -- too little too late really -- but most are now on Vit D3 but not K2

Just take a daily multivitamin that is made for your age group and biological sex. If you are real fatty mcfatarse double the dosage. Problem solved in 98.4321% of the cases.

This also explains why Covid is so much more deadly for minorities….their dark skin doesn’t “absorb” vitamin D from the sun as much as lighter skin tones.

Turns out it’s not systemic racism as the progressives claim, it’s just simple science.
