A hot war with an Iran governed by the Ayatollahs and the Revolutionary Guard has never been an if but a when unfortunately.
The reality is the USA has not been at war with Iran until several weeks ago while Iran has truly been at war with the USA for 47 years.
They inaugurated the current government with a real act of war, i.e. kidnapping and holding hostage every diplomat and other personnel at the US Embassy.
When Trump states that many former Presidents have told him they wish they had done it I believe him.

Many Americans travel to other countries for health care too, 1 million+ per year.

Not to get cutting edge treatment. Americans go to Mexico for cheap dental care, cosmetic, and other surgeries that most insurances don’t cover due to being elective.
Americans go to turkey for their cheap (again elective) hair treatments.

I can help you out here.
First nobody here is waiting months or years for a hip replacement because care is rationed. Our system isn’t perfect by any stretch but at least we do not have death panels yet.
The people in charge of Iran today are not the ancient Persians of centuries ago. Some distant relative of Xerxes is not in charge today. The people in charge today have been in power around 50 years.
America is exceptional because America does exceptional things. We do hard this and make them look easy. There isn’t anything we can’t achieve if we really want. When the world is in trouble and sends up the bat signal it’s America that shows up to save the day.

Everyone supports "strategic" strikes in Iran you retard. The statement itself implies their is strategy behind it. This is where it helps to understand how language works.

Well, 100 million people in America have some form of medical debt. Thats 4 out of 10 for starters. I won't go on about HC.
America is only 250 years old, period.

Health care can be improved. We can agree on that. I think everyone would agree on that. At least we are not waiting months for a hip replacement or some other surgery.
Of coarse there are countries a lot older. This particular group in Iran though came to power through around 50 years ago through force. This current leadership is not the ancient Persian Empire of centuries ago.
The world and the left wing here in the States may hate Trump but everyone is still way better of with American leadership under Trump than to live in a world that is lead by China, Russia, Iran, or any other bad actor.
Europe and Canada has become weak and feckless. They keep swinging further and further away from Western values. They keep going further down the socialist rabbit hole. If we want to keep Canada and Europe as friends then it was time for some tough love. They are becoming decadent failing societies. They want to live in a managed decline and let the United States protect them rather than be the once great thriving societies they used to be.
