It absolutely means it should be a mistrial.
She is an elected official who has flat out said we have to stay in the streets and be more confrontational if GF is found not guilty.
She also said frick the curfew.
She is by the very definition enticing violence and should be impeached.
Now is the time to take the lead and deal with this Democrat they way they would treat Trump if he said something like this
hell, they made up stuff he didn't say and impeachment him twice
she is going out of her way to get hte justice she think is justice
she is not fit for office.
her time is up Monday am...
that needs to happen
Where is the GOP? They better have some balls
this woman is freaking nuts...her insanity must not stand
she has to go, immediately
I am dead serious

You are misrepresenting me, but you make a fair point in looking at the context of her statement.
One of the most salient points in examining her statements is “immediacy”.
If she told the crowd to go NOW down the street and “confront” this particular group for a specific purpose, it would come closer to incitement of violence.
As you know, this is exactly what Trump did on Jan. 6, but he used the word “fight”, accompanied by a lot of more inflammatory rhetoric from his supporters.
Other posters are making this point as well in this thread, although they seem unaware of it.

Isn’t the jury sequestered, and cut off from internet, TV, papers?
Nope. They have not been sequestered this entire time. Been allowed to go home at night.
However, the judge says they will be fully sequestered during deliberation. But by that time it's too late.

I don't lack self control and riot over some drug addict loser like some. But there is a point of no return. It is close.

Funny how you bitch about that then go on to misrepresent what happened on Jan 6th.

is bad and irresponsible because of the timing.
But she does not call for violence.
Nor does she link it to the verdict.
But it is clearly divisive.
Trump was “impeached” for less...

I quoted your post, which was wrong. I assume you have seen the quoted conversation and it’s context which proved 100% that your assertion that she didn’t link it to the verdict was incorrect. What was misrepresented exactly ( that is not a rhetorical question; I am genuinely asking what you believe was the misrepresentation). As for the idea of “immediacy,” since she has tied this to a verdict that has not yet come in, this is an odd argument to make.
I was not a Trump voter, so trying to tie this to his former remarks isn’t a gotcha to me. Nonetheless, this deflection is noted. When you come to a city that had weeks of riots last summer after the event, and is currently experiencing them due to the Wright shooting, it takes a lot of semantic contortion to make this put as anything other than incitement. Whether her constituents like or or no has no bearing.
She is openly calling for a specific, evidence be damned, with a Barely veiled threat of repercussions. You may choose to pretend it is not so, but it is clear for anyone who has eyes to see.

Yep, MadMax called for it and her hoodrats delivered for her. This should be a slam dunk for expulsion...which has been called for by MTG and will be presented in a formal call for same.
