"Over the last few weeks, we have all been working hard to turn words into action, recognizing that there is still much more work to be done to eliminate any practice at KIPP that furthers systemic racism, anti-Blackness, and inequities experienced by our students, alumni, families, teachers, and staff," said Barth.

Well, when you really think about it, you realize that "Work Hard. Be Nice." is extremely racist toward and exclusionary of one particular race.

Go watch yesterday’s Joe Rogan Experience. He had on James Lindsay (one of the scientists who wrote the famous fake academic articles a year or so back) and they talked extensively about exactly this type cultural deconstruction, and how it will never be enough. One of the more precise, insightful analyses of these woke movements that I’ve heard.
