Some people want this so bad to be a part of some larger conspiracy. They want to believe that this was a hired gun working for a larger group that wanted Charlie dead. That conspiracy doesn't quite check out if the trained assassin missed his mark by 6+inches. The body armor angle is just an attempt by some (I have no idea if OP falls within this group) people to keep the hope alive that this was a professional hit and part of something bigger.

I mean, this could be the case if he was or wasn't wearing anything. It honestly shocks me more that he doesn't wear anything, from what has been shown so far. I'm fairly certain he receives death threats reguarly, most high profile political people do.

going thru the comments someone points out that you can actually see a streak that flies out the back of charlies neck at around 8:47. I am assuming that is the bullet exiting his body.

Look at the video I just posted and see how small this plate is and watch it move under his shirt....not sure what else you need to stop saying there was no armor. He died by deflection.

I'll humor you for a second. The plate in that video, how is it worn? I don't see any fastening agents for it, so does it just rest freely? Is your assertion that he just had a completely unsecured plate under his shirt? That is a plate that would be inside of some type of vest.
Secondly, that specific plate, how is the edge of it not visible on Kirk's pec since the point is that it wasn't big enough to cover the nipple?

The guy in the video says I think about 20 times. Meaning that’s his opinion, so of course if you believe that’s what happened you’ll take it as fact. And hell, maybe it’s true, but so far there’s no compelling evidence to suggest

clearly they surgically implanted the plate flush with this skin. Also....that titanium plate is flexible allowing him to have full movement and the ability to lean forward and over to the side.
It's LITERALLY CONFIRMED!!!!!!
