While I don't know of any out there that are this size, i'm sure there could be, if that was the case you'd have to see a line of it somewhere across the pec then, especially in that close up picture.

I watched the video. Everything he said in the video certainly could happen if Charlie was wearing a plate, but unless he put on armor after those photos were taken, he was not wearing body armor.

No, he said said that's what he was told by a Feder Officer, that they are investigating if that were true. He also said we'll see what the foresncis say. So, unless the federal officer has forensics that don't exist, this isn't a confirmation he was wearing a vest.
You still haven't been able to provide a single piece of evidence to Kirk's team saying he was wearing a vest.

Cool. There have also been numerous points with video and photo evidence that point to him not wearing one.
Let's say he did have one on and the theory about it deflecting after hitting center mass is all what really happened, so what? What is the point you think you are trying to make with this?
