Probably true. Not sure how much they'd be able to prove with Haim being deceased. Without additional details, it would be Feldman stating that he was told it occurred without witnessing it (and Feldman never named Sheen directly).
It will be sad if Sheen is guilty of it and never goes to prison, all because of the nature of these cover ups and the truth not coming out until it was too late.

IIRC last week on Hannity's radio show Feldman said he would not name the person that did it to Haim because he did not witness it and was worried that he would be sued over it.
