People are going to have to be willing to do that, and not tear down those who step up. Infighting would be the biggest threat in the times to come.
Know that there were differing opinions before this, different platforms, different approaches, different styles, and personalities. Pull in the same direction and take advantage of the tailwinds instead of allowing those differences to be the downfall.
