you can choose to believe me or not, and there's no way to prove it to you, so you just gonna have to take me at my word, but i'm pretty even in most elections... and given that many local elections don't even have a D running, and it's R vs R in some of these races, i probably have voted for more R candidates, across all elections, than i have D

Maybe if we just say “both sides” enough, things will get better. That seems to be your strategy.
It's so pathetically transparent. "Both sides" didn't murder a father of two today. Where's the Norm tweet when you need it.

I’d be embarrassed at what my party has become if I was him. No wonder he’s playing the independent card

That would imply the existence of accountability and integrity.

you want me to villainize the Left over this? sure, if that's what you need me to, i'll do it.... but just keep it 100% and if there is political violence from the Right next time, are you ok with me calling out them then? or is different in that circumstance?
The middle is a fantasy. Every issue, every law, every city ordinance is at root, a moral question. There is no such thing as a centrist or a moderate. You’re always tending toward extreme evil or extreme good. The middle doesn’t actually exist. You can’t be good and make concessions with evil.

The Muh both sides crowd always pops up when this kind of thing happens.
It’s so useless and tiresome.
If nothing else, I guess it’s a good self identifying litmus test on who I don’t really need to take seriously.

To add, it's amazing that some people find virtue in not taking a side when one side is a husband and father murdered in cold blood by a coward, and the other "side" is a maniacal killer. Good job moderate. #muhbothsides

I for one will pay attention to your responses. I expect you to both sides the issue and refuse to call out the right. Just as you are doing in here.

Nothing more virtuous then being neutral on murder.

(in national elections)
2000- Gore
2004- Bush
2008-Obama
2012- Romney
2016- didn't vote b/c there wasn't a chance in hell i could vote for either one of those slimy fricks
2020- Biden
2024- Kamala
yes, in presidential elections there are more D's there... but had the R nominee NOT been Trump in 2016, i would have easily voted for Kasich or Paul, b/c again, i wasn't voting for Clinton ... in 2020, i was a Bernie supporter, reluctantly voted for Biden (b/c he wasn't Trump), and 2024, again Kamala wasn't Trump...

Voting for Biden is bad, but voting for Kamala just means you’re a spineless retard.

That's why I specified national elections. You've answered the local question, but not they question i asked.
So it's ok for me not to believe how you vote nationally but you tell me to trust you on local elections because you are forced to vote R because of the political dynamics of where you live locally
ETA: saw your post.
You dont look independent at a national level

So you're a registered Independent liberal.
That's fair. I'm a registered Independent conservative.

Not yet. Since both sides killed Charlie Kirk, they have to pick someone who aligns with Charlie to take half the conviction.

Wow...
The left is trying to reinstall fear, cancel culture lost it's steam.
Now for the violence.
