Unfortunately I don’t think whoever shot him will be taken alive. If he is will probably be sentenced to death where he will wait around 30 years for it to happen. I really wish the US would adopt Japan’s manner of conducting the death penalty.

I think the camera panning makes it look like it’s moving. I think I saw it in another angle and it stays there. Not a person.
