Father less homes for rural southern black kids are the biggest problem. But yet Charles Barkley and other famous blacks won’t address it. National average is about 70%.

Yes there have. Thomas Sowell is famous for pushing this theory, which is not really a theory anymore. It’s been verified with data.

let's shut down alabama a&m and alabama state and let's see what that percentage jumps too. you can't voluntarily segregate yourself then complain that the numbers are so low at other institutions.
