They put a cast on the arm when the leg was broken.

I don't see anything "woke" about this refresh but people remember rainbow chairs on the front porch and that naturally makes them suspicious.
Suspicious of what?
Businesses aren’t going to disallow gay people nowadays. It’s odd that people are freaking out because they are mad Cracker Barrel isn’t banning people they don’t like.

The Left are the Taliban of the West.
They are hell bent on erasing western/white culture from the face of the planet.

Said it before. I dont blame her. She is a robot and was sent to do a job. I blame the board at Cracker Barrel for letting her do it

I think it's funny that companies think that a rebrand actually makes any difference. Cracker Barrel has had a terrible 3 years and trending down while a place like Texas Roadhouse has been going up the last 3 years. Maybe look at the places you are losing money and fix those.
Marketing Departments are one of the worst things for a business overall when it comes to value. The best marketing ideas on the planet can only make very small improvements in revenue. Any idea you have that isn't the best is going to negatively impact the bottom line. Yet companies keep leading with Marketing instead of fixing their actual spending/revenue problems. Marketing should be complimentary, not your main thing to try to fix your issues.

CB was absolutely stuck. I would argue they did not need a change as much as they needed to go back to their roots. Their service and food quality declined over time. Fix that and maybe some menu updates, and increase their advertising (maybe sponsor a Cracker Barrel Bowl)
They changed what was working and ignored what was not.

I've said it before, these people are extremely intelligent, educated from the finest schools (however woke they may be), yet they are literally brainwashed stupid.
They lack real world experience.
They have been told only they have the answers
They don’t take input from people actually doing the work
And they believe in the “if it ain’t broke, break it” model
Those things when combined will destroy a company or a brand.

Its a sad situation because Cracker Barrell was, indeed, faltering. Some new energy and new ideas were needed, but what in the name of Holy Jesus was she thinking going in this direction!?!?

then they lose their base customers, and still don't bring in the crowd they were targeting (that crowd was never coming).
Right. Even if the other group shows up they are no where as large as their base was. It’s such a stupid move - “let’s target a group representing 3% of the population to the exclusion of 60% of the population”. They don’t seek a middle ground they rush to the fringe.

Idk the cracker barrel demographic was dying off... This is a case where the business may fail if it can't adapt to younger people
Young people were not staying away from CB because of a logo and what’s on the walls

The reasons why they were losing customers originally was because the rainbow rocking chairs, adding alcohol to the menu, and food quality going down hill
The changes she made is going to make the customers leave in hoards

So cracker barrel was failing before the wokeness and this is a ceos attempt to change things up and save the business? That sounds right actually
Of course it does to you, you fricking libtard nerd.

Cracker Barrel CEO Julie Felss Masino made clear all the way back in last May that she planned a woke coup to kill the culture of the beloved restaurant chain.
Man the victimhood cult will find just about anything to get upset about.

And it was because of the same reason it was before this asinine change. The food and the service.
What are they not fixing? Food and the service. Turns out it wasn’t much cheaper to go to prepackaged garbage warmed in the microwave after all.
This idiot is leading the company down the same failed road Anheuser Busch tried to go down. Let’s change the culture, the window dressing, and be inclusive!!! Annnd it will fail.

The CEO was previously President of Taco Bell, North America and International, a brand that has $13 billion in sales more than CB. Some of you are just making things up to make yourselves feel better.
Running Taco Bell and running CB are two completely different things.
You just proved my point.

The outrage over Cracker Barrel might be more embarrassing than the left’s outrage over American eagle jeans ads.
There are significant differences between the two, but I won't waste my time trying to explain them to your above-the-fray, holier than thou arse...
