Some of this may be cross state network issues.
Someone who lives in the area but has an out of state number tried to call me, and vice versa, and got nothing despite being in the same room.
But I was immediately able to call someone across town with a local cell number and it went right through.

There was a massive cyber attack yesterday of one of the top 5 health technology companies. I have heard ATT, Verizon, and T-maybe were hit as well.
