…without authority to do so, and after having the previous moratorium ruled unconstitutional by the USSC.

Constitution and rule of the Supreme Court.

Still some landlords in business.

Gotta fix that.

A non elected bureaucracy in the federal government can remove property rights at the drop of a hat. Let that sink in.

Still waiting on the federal and local tax collection moratorium.

USSC will nut up. It's a DNC party strategy at this point in my opinion to overreach into unconstitutional acts knowing the courts will curb them but they do it anyway because it takes a while for the courts to step in. It's just the nature of our legal system.

Well, my question is... why don't the landlords ignore the order and proceed. Are State courts stopping eviction processes based on the order, and if so, why?

Not sure what an administrative order from a federal agency has to do with a State court, or why the State court would get involved.

And Joe was a piece of fricking shite for saying “the USSC already said it was unconstitutional, but it will take months to run through the courts, so at least people will get that”
