Can you imagine being a single landlord and your tenant, who hasn't paid rent in a year, calls you up to fix shite that broke? I would lose my ever loving shite and probably go to jail.

You can thank Kavanaugh for this one. By ruling with the liberals for the July 31 deadline, even though he himself said he thought it was unconstitutional, he sent a clear signal of fear to Biden. Biden is doing this because he thinks he can play chicken with SCOTUS and win now. And he's probably right.
My bet is not only that Kavanaugh caves again, but that Roberts may join him in the majority this time.
Stand by: SCOTUS is about to pull a Roe V. Wade out of its arse again. Suddenly, the CDC is about the be given king-like powers.

I would be disabling the AC first and then other electrical shite one by one. Hmmm. I will check the attic to see if I can fix the AC. Mysteriously the hot water heater stopped working (electric on demand).
