They knew Russia was going to invade and were trying to tell everyone when the Poli Board was laughing it off a nonsense.

The same idiots in the military also said Russia wasn't sending anymore equipment or troops to the Ukraine only to find out that other military intelligence monitoring groups were watching Russia move massive amounts of military equipment into the country via Train yesterday.

You're not going in with an Eastern European mindset, are you?

Why? It’s one thing to support Ukraines sovereignty. It’s another to cheer on a death count of young, mostly poor conscripts.

I have not seen that accurately reflected on the internet with enough to believe it.

I have read that These Russian Soldiers involved in "Special Operation" are not conscripts.

We read everything the Russian military types and we listen to everything they say. The news story is based on estimates, but may be somewhat accurate. It seems a large number, but if their troops are getting that degraded on the battlefield, look out for the thrashing of a wounded bear.

No way they’ve lost that many. This is about as accurate as the NVA body counts in Viet Nam. They’re just making shite up to justify spending more money on Ukraine. The truth is Putin is winning and Ukraine is losing.

If you accept that there’s a propaganda goal to make it seem Russia is losing or suffering more losses than expected then you must also assume any MSM reports on Russian casualties are inflated

And who really still believes that “news” isn’t strictly propaganda these days.

So I’ll take the under.

So using my Covid Correction calculator that really equates to 300 Russians KIA & 900-1,000 Ukrainians.

Obviously the Russians are bad shots and haven’t killed any of them yet.

A few guesses:

1.Ukraine has little choice when the war ends so their casualty numbers aren't seen as important or as much of a determining factor for how the war will play out.

2.We support them against Russia...why would our IC release damaging info that can be used by their enemy

3.Russian military losses have always been crack cocaine to us red blooded Mericans.

This is the answer. There is absolutely zero accurate reporting going on in regards to this war. Western media is exactly as accurate and honest as Russian media is.

Somebody’s knowledge of the Vietnam war is based on newspapers and TV. Other than the NVA who were blown into molecules by high powered stuff or those that croaked while infiltrating, we had a pretty good idea of what dead ones looked like and we could count. The NVA fought in organized regular formations for the most part in 1969. They were poorly led and had low morale after huge loses in 1968, but they were mostly uneducated albeit somewhat indoctrinated. You may be thinking of the Viet Cong and there’s no telling how inflated those body counts may have been.

Right. So Ukrainian civilians have been killing Russian Spetsnaz?
