The purpose of the VEEP is to balance the ticket, not be the the ideological mirror of the nominee. However, I wouldn't choose Haley.

There’s almost no chance Trump picks Nikki as his VP over the other contenders. So this is all hypothetical nonsense.
My conscience would be very clean voting for a Trump-Desantis ticket but of course, we can’t have nice things.
