When MAGA wins, how many months will the talking heads discuss the election process our slave owning forefathers put in place?

ETA that’s of course if he doesn’t win the popular

How many blue states have to give Trump their electoral votes if he wins the popular vote?

The popular vote evaporates if you removed as little as two counties I think from both sides. That’s how much tiny geographic regions absolutely stuffed with like minded people can influence the popular election of a massive nation.

It's definitely coming. EC flies in the face of their precious mob rule, so they'll never accept it until their candidate wins again.

I'm thinking this too based on all the non traditional gatherings I've seen.

People going wild for Trump in Beverly Hills and such. He's improved tremendously with Hispanic and Black voters.

this is part of the whole "anti-democratic" narrative being built

Zero?

States are independent.

Pretty sure that doesn’t “take effect” until they have a 270 coalition. Then the Supreme Court would strike it down like the ridiculous law that it is. It would need a constitutional amendment to be legitimate.

But there was some kicker that made it basically only if it benefits democrats. It was something ridiculous.

They all have passed legislation tying their electoral votes to the popular vote winner, but it won't be enacted until they have enough states to equal 270 EVs, which will never happen.

The PV totals are entirely attributable to California (more specifically the Bay Area counties + LA County).

Hillary won CA statewide by 4,269,978 votes. Nationwide, she only received 2,868,686 more votes than Trump.
