This is part of the MCU and will be quite toned down and tame compared to something like Chilling Adventures of Sabrina from Netflix.

Of all the criticisms we can bring up about the new Disney, this doesn’t sound like the hill to die on. The old classics have had necromancy, unleashing the powers of Hell, Satan and demons descending upon a town, sorcerers capturing souls with black magic, etc.
