My sister-in-law (no pics) is a nurse in the pediatric cardiac section of a children's hospital in Canada. She says that the healthcare system has become an absolute travesty up there. God help you if you express any negative opinion about it though publicly; that shite will get you fired.

But yet everyone says we have the worst healthcare system. I lived in Boston…lots of Canadians came there for care.
