We could revitalize US manufacturing within Trumps term simply by ending NAFTA.
The rust belt wouldn't be what it was in 1965, but the middle class could begin to thrive again and we could onshore hundreds of thousands of living wage jobs while wiping out massive trade imbalances almost immediately.
