Can Trump shoot a person in broad daylight on 5th Avenue and not lose a supporter?

Remember when Trump said that ? Judging by this board’s complete melt, (i can only imagine Twitter and FB but I’m not on either ) I’m think Trump was on to something.
In 2016, the MAGA baseline consequence for mishandling classified information was “lock her up” …remember that? MAGA wanted HRC in prison
Fast forward to 2022, the FBI raids Trump’s house because he allegedly stole 15 boxes of classified documents and now, MAGA is melting bc this is an attack on a political opponent?
If Trump stole these documents, Trump should go to jail - he isn’t above the law.
I for one, hope to God that Trump is caught dead to rights because (as i said earlier) if this is a nothing burger - this is on par to J6 and disrupting the electoral college certification- we have crossed a bad line and it will be crossed again

I have no security clearance but my BIL does and my sister did at one time- they would have consequences if they mishandled that information- HRC and Trump should be treated the same- they aren’t above the law.
Comey laid out a very good case for prosecuting HRC …but closed the case because of political pressure- that was wrong
