Lol, take your bleeding wife to the Somewhere else then. What the frick do you want?
You act like healthcare is some kind of right.
I am taking her elsewhere tomorrow. Already got it lined up.
No, healthcare isn't a right.
So, just to be clear, every person in America is required to strap a mask on their face in order to receive medical treatment from the same people who purposely inflated COVID numbers/deaths for the last two years?
And everyone in here is telling me I'm a dumbass because I'm not okay with that. COVID is over. Masks don't work. End of story.

Have they confirmed that they intend to ignore the federal rules on this? That sounds pretty risky on their part.

it's a hospital.
Owned by 'Obamacare', and the doctors are slaves to the POS government now. They'll tow the company line, regardless of their real opinion b/c they are bought and sold now.

Some are saying that when you're wife needed to be seen was not the time to stand on principle.
Others, you're right, are hopeless Covitards.

I understand this. Tis BS can be infuriating, especially when you don't really expect to see the insanity of a "Health Care" facility more concerned about POLICY over patient care.
The "elective surgery" fiasco has also caused much suffering and worsening conditions.

Holy shite. Yes, you are a dumbass. I'm glad that you found a practitioner who doesn't require you or your wife to wear a mask, but to endanger your wife and unborn child like you did to prove a stupid point is pretty retarded.

They'll probably bill him a $75 cancellation fee.

Nah. You guys got the tort reform you wanted. You can't sue the hospital for COVID-19 protocols.
That lets the private sector work more efficiently, haven't you heard?

Yes, but the OP is retarded. In his mind, it's "who cares if my wife may be experiencing a medical emergency with my unborn child, I'm not strapping on a paper mask". Seems dumb to me, but let the OP be the OP.

Oschners employees murdered people during Katrina. Why would you go there for anything?
Posted on 2/14/22 at 6:44 pm to Paddyshack
I can’t imagine this being on my mind with my wife having an issue with a pregnancy.
I’ll stand on my head if you need if you will deliver care to save my wife and child.
We lost children after early bleeding
But yeah. Those masks sure are uncomfortable

They refused her an appointment that they called an emergency, to see if she had an "untoward event."

Not my choice. This was my wife's OBGYN since before we met.
Our new one is a family friend. We both already feel much better about the situation moving forward. Just got off the phone.

To use a medical term, have you heard of triage? It means doing tasks in order of priority. The number one priority was having your wife get seen by a doctor. Waaaaaay down the list was your need to give your opinion to the staff about masks not working. Next time focus on the high priority items first.

Definitely sounds like you were trying to make a statement when you should have been taking care of your wife and unborn child.
Your priorities are noted.

If you are this worked up over a mask, wait until that kid is still screaming at 1am and you can’t sleep.

We're all glad that you won't have to wear a mask now to obtain medical care for your wife and unborn child. Luckily, your stupid actions didn't result in any harm to your family. Hopefully you don't endanger your family members like that again.

I hope your wife holds you accountable for acting like a count in front of her doctor.

It goes both ways does it not?
Their main priority was making sure I had a mask that doesn't do anything strapped on my face. Not about my wife.

You're a retard. And I don't wear a mask anywhere.
