It could be a joke, but his entire family should be humiliated on national TV.

Distractions, theatrics, and new math--- that's all we get now.

Then why did he claim to not know what it meant? It was either a joke or misunderstanding, it can't be both.

I wasn’t speaking to Comey’s state of mind. The prosecution is a joke. Some adult in the room should have put a stop to this.

Comey is likely guilty of numerous crimes in relation to crossfire hurricane. Yet they are choosing this silly crap to focus on?

Not a lawyer but guessing plausible deniability is in effect here?

As others have said, could just be a frick you charge to make him expend funds and I’m even okay with that for the bastard.

I do wonder if this opens any other doors to look into his texts or emails?

Comey has TDS... a chronic case of it.

I agree this is way of him playing the 'petty' game... which is surprising..

Before the Hillary (with a cloth episode), when Comey was named to succeed the former Director (Mueller), EVERYONE talked about how Comey was no-nonsense, by the book, no favorites, etc.

He's as bad as a CNN anchor.

This really is a waste. He factually lied about leaking and didn't even get a slap on the wrist.
His is a joke.

Drown him with legal fees like he did Flynn.

I’m sure they have lawyers on their side who do this stuff for free. They are much more organized when it comes to fighting

You realize Hunter Biden is being sued by his lawyers for non-payment?

Theo problem is bringing charges in the DC jurisdiction. No judge will convict. No jury will convict.

At least these charges are in North Carolina.

Lawfare. Time for the GOP to fight fire with fire.

Agreed. I hate it, but it's necessary.

It's another version of the mutually assured destruction principle. You have to make it clear that you're willing to fight back using the same tactics no matter how shitty those tactics may be. Otherwise, democrats won't stop. In fact, they'll kick things into overdrive.

There’s a lot of irony at work here. Do you remember “based on the totality of the evidence, a reasonable prosecutor would not bring this case…”?

He should at least lose his retirement and benefits. Lawfare his arse. He called for the murder of the President.

That indictment is as viable as that BS Leticia James or Alvin Bragg brought.

That’s interesting because a grand jury has disagreed with you. As for intent, well, if he meant nothing by it, why did he delete it?

Further, they got access to his phone, there’s much more to the story or did you even listen to the press conference?
