I have an aunt and uncle in Texas that received ballots from California.
They haven’t lived in California in 20 years.

Yeah, I was going to ask if it was forwarded maid from his old California address, or something addressed directly to his current Arkansas address. He didn't make that clear.

No, they mailed to my old address, in which at that time in 2016 I had just graduated college and was living with my parents. My parents called and told me.

Wait a min. California sent you a ballot.... to your residence... in Arkansas? California knows your address is in Arkansas, but they mailed you a California ballot?
That is a pretty easy thing to catch even in batch processing. It’s no mistake they are trying to run up the fraudulent numbers based on just how freaking easy it is to catch that.
