Some of the Bushes have always been democrats.

For example Jenna Bush. No way she is getting that job on the morning show as a Republican. She has been fully indoctrinated.

W is senile and likely persuaded by the others.

If anyone wants to know why populism took hold of the republican party, see exhibit A in the OP.

If you have principled conservative values, then you will align more with Trump than Talrico. These people have values based on egos and its showing right now.

Seems like a practical joke that the current POTUS is older than him.

And evidently zero self respect. These people ruthlessly bashed her, her sister, her mother, her father, and her grandfather endlessly... then she accepts a job from them and plays nice with them.

George Sr. went senile. W is predisposed to it.

Different people age differently based on a number of factors.

I don’t see any correlation between Trump’s policies and principled conservative policies.

Could you give some examples of the Principled conservative values you are referring to?

Interesting. What do you make of Fred Trump Sr being diagnosed with Alzheimer's and senile dementia?

FIFY

PS - George W. Bush should've been tried and convicted for being a war criminal, and then hung by his filthy, rotten neck. That's one of the few things that the Left was correct about. But, of course, they love "Dubya" now because he hates the outsider Trump. Obviously, they're too stupid to figure out why Bush hates Trump

If that precedent was set, you don’t think they would now try that with Trump, given recent history?

Just remember, from 2000-2012 the Pub nominees were Bush, Bush, McCain and Romney. None of those people would have any chance whatsoever at being the Republican nominee in 2028. Thats how you end up with Trump, by abandoning your voters and playing footsie with people who loathe you and want you dead.

I'll admit being a team player and holding my nose and voting for those guys in the general election but hopefully the days of GOPe force feeding their chosen managed decline candidates down our throat are over. Trump ended Jeb Bushes career and hopefully the careers of anyone like him as well.
