No one in PA has the balls to address this.

Violation of oath of office is one of the charges Fulton Co. GA indicted Trump for.

Just sayin'

She should be impeached and prosecuted.

There are interesting demographics in Bucks County for anyone who wants to look at them

Long story short, it was a Republican stronghold before Bill Clinton, and has moved to the left more and more since then....

Majority white. Non-black minorities have been allowed to increase slightly...Asian, Hispanic, etc.

however...

2010 - 4 percent black

2020 - 4 percent black

so that influx of liberals battling for the voting majority in Bucks County sure do seem to be pulling some bullshite in regard to real estate shenanigans to keep black folks out

DOJ needs to launch a multi-pronged investigation for violation of civil rights and discrimination via redlining and steering.

They just might be inflating appraisals too to make it unaffordable for underserved minorities.

I think a guy in NY lost a civil trial for that with a half-billion dollar judgement but in his case there was no victim.

the largest percentage of racists I've ever known were/are always Democrats

until they meet a black person, then they pretend that's their best friend on the planet within the first five minutes

then they go straight back to being racists after the party is over

Bucks County is right on the Delaware River in the Pocono Mountains. It's a beutiful place not too dissimilar to places like Eureka Springs in Arkansas that used to be a very rural hillbilly type region with cool little downtown shops and kind of a middle class recreational paradise.

It also happens to have a gigantic gay/leftist population that flooded the area in the 00s and opened ice cream shops, Christmas shops, etc in some of the donwtowns. It is known around the area as a very 'gay-friendly' place, much like all the shops in Eureka Springs, and Cape Cod, etc.

When I heard Presler turned the county red, I couldn't believe it.

I've been there at Washington Crossing historic site where GW led the troops across the Delaware River

it has been turning back red during this election for sure, and so no surprise the looney bird bitch on the election commission is throwing her temper tantrum

This is not going to end well for McCormick. I don’t think the GOP has the balls to refuse to seat Casey. He will be seated and McCormick will not be the Senator.

Nothing I see gives any support to your statement. McCormick is still in a comfortable lead with very few votes left to count.

Y'all will ignore me again and DV

but I suspect that the Republicans are well prepared both in the Commonwealth and on a Federal level
And are just letting them do what they're going to do in Bucks County
And anywhere for that matter

this is going on because they are defying the state Supreme Court's order anyway so why waste time and money trying to force them when they expect it and Kind of want the attention on them they want to grandstand
don't give them that,, play smart

or just because Casey wants it
I suspect they know they're going to lose they're just dragging this out so they can have something to grandstand on on mainstream media and have low-information voters on the left get all upset about it like y'all are doing right now

When the states canvas and every state does this it's different in each according to state law
But the hard deadline is when the state must elect the electoral college selectors so the deadline is approaching I have provided a link to that information multiple times

but every state has a canvas and then the state Through its process and with its State Constitution and its state legislators and its state executives have the authority to rule on these sorts of things

I am sure that the Republicans are ready

It's not like it's a big secret anybody who knows how it works knows this

I'm glad she said the silent part out loud: "We will cheat and we don't care that you know."

That didn't surprise me. What DID surprise me is that I couldn't find ANY interviews with this public servant. "I'm sorry Commissioner, it sounded like you knew you were violating the law. Is that true? How do you decide which election laws to follow and which to violate?"

Another fine example of an ignorant, cowardly, defiant jackass Dem.

Individuals who break the law, steal, and cheat often believe that everyone else does the same. This mindset helps them justify their actions.
