I very rarely listen to Jordan Peterson and prefer his older classroom videos far more than his... whatever his career as a pundit is now... but this meme misses the mark, in my opinion.
JP is right to question the framing of questions from audiences or whoever he's debating... He addresses this issue here:
reddit
Video is approx 1.5 minutes. He cites what I assume is a common question posed to him: "Is God real?" To which he replies, along the lines of m your meme: "What do you mean by real?"
It might seem overly technical to ask this, but when people are tryimg to spring gotchas on him, it is a fair question. Some/many who ask this-- as he suggests-- are asking from a limited perspective. When forced to clarify, that perspective will often be revealed to be objective materialism, to which he cedes God is perhaps not real in that limited framing... but because the person posing the question conflates objective materialism as "real", it wasn't the question that was originally asked.
Tldr... verbal precision matters, so this meme doesn't work well.

As contrasted to the constant redefining of words by certain political groups/ideologies...
An example of which is the use of the term equity... Generally equity is defined as being fair and impartial... However, equity in the mouth of modern liberals is code for equal outcomes...
those are two very different uses/meaning for the same term.
