Agree. And to your point and mine, in meme form...
And I could add any number of words that have been distorted and which require verbal precision to combat.
Tolerance, for one, has become a one way street, in which the public is only encouraged to tolerate the Left.
And I would really like to get away from calling the people in charge "elites". They are no better; they're just sjrewd, more connected and allowed to get away with things others aren't allowed to do. Call them corrupt globalists or bureaucrats, or call them the rich parasitic class.

Their prime strategy is emotional blackmail. They try to frame the debate in a manner that makes any critic of their ideas come off like an a-hole no matter how prepostorous the idea.
If they were to propose to ban the use of tractors in agriculture their argument would go something like this.
Them: If five year old little Susie's father is plowing his field five miles away from their home the throttle could stick open on the tractor and plow through the house killing sweet, innocent, five year old Susie while she is watching Sesame Street. That is why tractors need to be banned.
You: The odds of that happening are...(immediately cut off by them)
Them: You want sweet, little five year old Susie to die just so it will be easier for you to get food. You are a terrible human being.
