Where are you seeing or reading or hearing that the Israelis aren’t allowing any aid to get through? Not a gotcha attempt, I’m just trying to understand more about those types of allegations against Israel.

They've told us no, and you can look it up, but there have been organized attacks on the aid trucks that people have tried to send recently. Settlers stop the convoys, and loot them. Presumably this is on some level organized with the government. The Israelis want to starve out the Palestinians, and compel them to leave the strip. And if they can destroy the infrastructure in Gaza, and blockade it, that might be possible. The only problem is finding a place to send them too, the Egyptians understand what the Israelis are trying to do, and they balked at it.
