It should be investigated. And if Trump doesn't ask for people to investigate it, who else is going to do it. Nothing wrong with asking someone to investigate something.

The media treats Trump like he has no authority in foreign affairs. He is the EXECUTIVE. He IS the authority on foreign affairs, and he alone is supposed to investigate and prosecute crimes. Congress us using their committees and special counsels as a means to strip the Executive of its constitutional authority.
