Maybe so....so what will your reaction be if he shows up with opo research from that day that shows she had committed treason?

Who will display a greater level of memory deterioration in their testimony? Trump Jr., Manafort, or Sessions?
I honestly worry about the health of the people our president surrounds himself with, they all seem to be unable to recall much of anything that involves occurrences and contacts with a particular foreign adversary.

Both the Hermitage fund clown and the Fusion GPS stooge...both DNC hacks.
You have to be a real POS to pass him off as some partisan hack. He is actually a big critic of the Obama administration and Hillary.

What make you so confident those guys wouldn't lie under oath?
Im not confident an oath means much to them.
I wouldn't have Don Jr up , but since he is daddy lackey, I don't think he has much of a choice.
I can't wait for Kamala to tear his arse up verbally.

It's like someone said at the end of the campaign last year: the left takes Trump literally but not seriously while the right takes him seriously but not literally. It's why his words are nitpicked to the extreme by the left while the right doesn't care because they get what he means.
While an interesting framing... I can help but think there are large portions on both sides that don't actually hear a word he says and are just on their teams bandwagon 100%

Hah. Sorry, but it's clearly my responsibility to keep up your law chops.
I definitely shouldn't have said "probably" in my post to Gumbo-pot. It's obviously more of a "possibly". Here's the passage:
It's little prosecuted and a bit odd but the argument goes like this - if the papers in question were brought by Veselnetskya acting as an agent of the Russian government to influence DJT to repeal Magnitsky without her having registered under FARA then if Junior took them, it indicates a willingness to be influenced and thus might have violated the statute.
Here's a more thorough explication of the theory :
Foreign Policy

Guilty as charged. I have an an aunt who was working on Capitol Hill and my parents were training as journalists at the time and so I grew up being regaled by the exploits of Woodward and Bernstein and the drama of the Watergate hearings.

Not intending to deceive?
What world are you on?
Trump Jr, lied from the start with this talking about adoption. He lied about who was there.
He then continued to lie on national tv when talking to Hannity.
He's a con man. Why even start lying if you know you didn't do anything wrong. Just this whole situation stinks. If this was done by the opposite party I bet you would reverse your thinking.

The Trumps ad lib like most Americans do and say stuff that may not be technically true but isn't an outright lie
So your contention is that it is ignorance I presume?
i.e. not intentionally lying but just saying whatever without being prepared to properly answer a question?

I missed where it was confirmed that adoptions were not brought up. Seems like a really odd and specific thing to fabricate.
