He goes to the chart every time he does one of these "whoops, stepped on my own dick" threads.

For all practical purposes, they're his white flag.

Because Akhmetshin said Veselnitskya brought documents. (why couldn't they have sent agents with easier names??)

By your logic John McCain needs to be charged under the espionage act for the Trump dossier.

You're right. It could be worse.

Or perhaps they'll pinch Loretta Lynch for directing James Comey to use euphemistic language with the press?

1. He received the Dossier over the transom.
2. He gave it to the FBI.

I'll answer instead of downvote.

The special prosecutor case is way more "important," and therefore usually takes pole position on pursuing a case before a Congressional investigation.

The theory is that if someone has real pertinent information that the SP can use to indict or obtain testimony, they will block those individuals from testifying before Congress. In conclusion, people theorize that allowing them to testify means the SP doesn't see anything of value in what they have to say, ie no smoking gun.

Will he troll with, "At this point, what difference does it make"? The melt would be glorious.

inability to tell the truth consistently
See this is where I don't necessarily agree. There's a difference between lying to cover up something you don't want discovered and exaggerating or downplaying to get to the point or even talking off the cuff.

The Trumps are not politicians. Politicians typically weigh and measure every word they use and have their speech writers quadruple check everything to make sure they aren't in the wrong or put themselves with their backs against a wall. Even then they still do it from time to time.

The Trumps ad lib like most Americans do and say stuff that may not be technically true but isn't an outright lie because they aren't intending to deceive. At least that's my take. It's like someone said at the end of the campaign last year: the left takes Trump literally but not seriously while the right takes him seriously but not literally. It's why his words are nitpicked to the extreme by the left while the right doesn't care because they get what he means.

Are you suggesting this isn't news?

It's not news on here at least. We've always known you were unbelievably pathetic.

This is like a coach starting a QB then after completing 1-17 saying "It isn't his fault, he's never really thrown the ball before."

Trump Jr. in opening statement:

"Now that I'm under oath, I will give you the full story. The Russians gave me extremely incriminating documents on Hillary, Obama, 27 Senators and 95 congressmen. We told the FBI about this but they weren't interested.

I have copies of these documents right behind me here in these twelve boxes. Shall we begin to read them into the record?"

Panel II is legit.

Both the Hermitage fund clown and the Fusion GPS stooge...both DNC hacks.
