Nope. I'm calling it exactly as it is.

I'm advocating for the Trump admin to be able to reverse that damage in the same way Biden created it.
The power of Executive discretion is not the same thing as Constitutional or statutory limits on Executive action.

I was happy when the Supreme Court ruled Biden exceeded his statutory authority with the vax mandate under OSHA and college loan forgiveness under the HEROES Act

The “process” that you promote keeps criminals here (and free to kill innocent victims.
I’m for having a streamlined process that allows for violent criminals to be deported quickly.
I’m team innocent victim.
You are team violent criminal.
We are not the same.

Nice. There you have it everyone. This is how a complete moron views our laws.
Letting illegal aliens into our country unilaterally is "executive discretion."
Removing them is "limited."

Did the system stop it? If not, then this is an appropriate extrapolation.

No.
There is a huge gap in options between Biden's lax policies and Trump's improper actions. I already told you this earlier ITT. This isn't a binary situation.

quote:yes, Congress wrote a law. A law saying anyone who enters this country illegally can be deported to their country of origin.
Congress wrote a law on this using their Constitutional powers.
The Executive can act pursuant to this law if they so choose, but any action pursuant to the law is specifically limited to the statutory authority of Congress
Again, 2nd grade civics.
This judge, administrative not criminal judge, then issued a decree preventing deportation to his country of origin (which also confirmed the gang affiliation simultaneously).
So we have now law and a judges order in conflict.
The court sides with the outcome that harms the citizens the most.

They didn't. This was lip service only. The damage had already been done because they allowed the mandates to go into effect before they ruled. They stopped nothing and limited nothing.

your "lax policies" are really and truly not enforcing those laws and therefore is equal to breaking laws.
None of these judges took on 1 am filings at 7:30 am to stop Biden from violating the law by using "lax policies" as an excuse to technically break the law by inaction.
