I immediately know and openly admit that I was wrong about that intended compliment to you.

Yes, with the additional power that an immigration judge can declare that an alien cannot be removed to certain counties. That happened here.
Article III judges ensure the executive follows the law that Congress propagated. That also happened here.
If Congress doesn’t think immigration judges should have the power to dictate where aliens cannot be removed to then they should amend the law accordingly.
Gotta love it when people say things like this, knowing full well the end result is the destruction of our nation.
Congrats on your nation ruled by lawless illegal aliens, I guess. You're getting exactly what you want.

Definitely for me, and I suspect for others.

What is actually happening is not a strawman.

Trump made a deal with Mitch McConnel.

What would your preference have been? Nominate someone who can't get confirmed? Let Joe Biden fill those seats?

Emotional nonsense.

What I described is the exact process laid out in the Constitution.
Surely you’re not advocating circumventing or setting aside the constitution, right?

It's not just Trump, Republicans have never really excelled at this. Ike himself appointed Arch-Fiend Earl Warren.

Oh it's very relevant. You just won't address it.

our constitution requires the destruction of our country
The Constitution and all of our systems of laws and rules are intended to serve their creators with the ultimate goal of surviving and thriving.
The moment these systems cease fulfillment of that function they may become an annoyance, and the moment they work against their intended function they become a threat and are subject to being abolished in favor of new systems.

These illegal aliens are not covered by our constituon.

Apparently not. Congress gave immigration authority to the Executive, as immigration judges are part of the Executive Branch, and yet we see how that's playing out.

I guess that may be where we are. If never removing all the illegal aliens is required by our constitution, then we may have finally landed on a fatal flaw. The country simply won't survive what the Dems are wanting to do to it and our courts apparently agree is acceptable.

Who said anything about supreme, unlimited power? This is about securing the border and keeping out illegal aliens. This is a basic function of a government that literally every other nation in the world understands and gets right.

More emotional nonsense. I said he made a deal with Mitch McConnel. You do realize SCOTUS judges have to be confirmed by the Senate, right?

What can be interpreted can be re-interpreted. John Roberts over-arching personality trait is cowardice. Big MAGA gains in the mid-terms will bring Roberts to heel.

Not to you but decision - irrespective of pro or con - delivered under the cover of darkness...so darn typical of the Judiciary
