So, let's play this out.
1. Trump isn't able to deport even all of the illegal aliens Joe Biden alone invited in because there aren't enough judges in the country to deport them all in 4 years.
2. Dems take back over.
3. Dems invite and encourage more illegal aliens.
4. The USA is a better place?
What exactly do I have to appreciate in this
future you are advocating for? Should I believe the people who kept people who walked around the Capitol building on Jan 6 jailed without due process for nearly 4 years, and falsely convicted others, are going to suddenly be inspired by this display of stupidity and suddenly start giving me the due process they want me to extend to illegal aliens?
After being told you're being emotional, you triple down with irrelevant emotional chicanery

It's about more than your narrow framing
Does the admin have to follow court orders?
When you have a constitutional duty to enforce said laws and swear an oath, administered by the highest court in the land I'll add, attesting to that... it is indeed.
So on one hand, as the state of TX was told, immigration power is soley vested in the federal government and congress delegated that power to the executive branch only. And the executive can regulate it as it sees fit. You now have someone who entered illegally without a claim of asylum.
The courts are saying he has more due process and it is enshrined in law. The executive says illegals can be deported with no questions asked that is also enshrined in law.
So here's the crux of the matter.....
What law are the courts going to choose to not enforce? What laws are they going to allow the executive to not enforce (which is also breaking the law)?
When faced with that question, which law to ignore and which law to enforce, the decision SHOULD come down to one question and one question only because that court was established for the people, by the poeple........ what benefits the citizens, i.e. the people (by and for- BOTH).
Funny it never works out that way. When faced with competing laws, the court always fricks the citizenry. And we have lots of competing laws because we have degenerated, thanks to the courts, to a modern version of the ancient Chinese legalist form of government. Which is absolutely not by, or for, the people.

Everything I stated is exactly what you are advocating for. You will claim it isn't, but it is exactly how what you want will play out.
Our nation will no longer exist, but at least we gave the invaders due process! Thank goodness for that.

Trump made a deal with Mitch McConnel. I guess the other option would have been to make a deal with Dems. Which would have been better?

It's not just Trump, Republicans have never really excelled at this. Ike himself appointed Arch-Fiend Earl Warren.

So our courts have stopped the President of the US from engaging in activities that one of the first Congresses elected under the Constitution passed - and it is the President who is breaking the Constitution. This from a judiciary that is regularly breaking the law in its assertion of jurisdiction when it has none as well as overstepping its power as granted by the Constitution.
These are co-equal branches, yet no one seems able to stop the judiciary.

Your logical analysis will be completely lost on the losers here who are claiming to be for the constitution but are really just advocating to end our country.

Congress can. They literally created the inferior courts and established their jurisdiction. They can adjust and modify at will. Only thing they can’t do without an amendment is touch SCOTUS.

Apparently not. Congress gave immigration authority to the Executive, as immigration judges are part of the Executive Branch, and yet we see how that's playing out.

You ought to not use as much snide verbiage when conveying otherwise rational or logical points (even if one might disagree with same) - it more often than not nets a deleterious effect. Also, you don’t have to respond to each and every comment directed back at you, ostensibly to have the last word - it more often than not also has a deleterious impact.
Disclaimer: No, I don’t know everything, and I acknowledge that the above is only my opinion/viewpoint. Lastly, although there are numerous others (even just in this one thread) who desperately could use these same thoughts as a technical matter, however in most cases they lack the potential for those “otherwise rational or logical points,” which is the relevant distinction between you and them, from my own observations and of course JMO.

Yes, with the additional power that an immigration judge can declare that an alien cannot be removed to certain counties. That happened here.
Article III judges ensure the executive follows the law that Congress propagated. That also happened here.
If Congress doesn’t think immigration judges should have the power to dictate where aliens cannot be removed to then they should amend the law accordingly.

If we can't deport them, let's make them disappear.
