It's not certain (even the attack itself isn't very well corroborated by my searches), but it's a pretty solid educated guess in the event of its reality.

Since it's in Malvo, I haven't ruled out the possibility that some based fed up Swede didn't take out some Muzzies

Because there has been a string of bombings in Sweden recently which were not readily reported by the press.
Combine that with a Muslim minority in Sweden which commits about 90% of the crimes in the country, no exaggeration, and it suggests this to be a campaign by a Muslim element over there.

If I were an enterpising descendant of Ragnar Lothbrook, hell bent on the destruction and removal of foreign hordes, I'd do something more nefarious and obvious than blowing shite up. Considering some of the areas these people come from, I’m not sure what you could infect the food with that would make it seem anything different than home cooking.
