This will prompt a rallying cry from the younger generations (yes, this will prompt more losers to register to vote) and will inevitably be reinstituted under the next Dem administration. It's objectively a stupid hill to die on.

This means the rich fat guy can’t keep getting richer without paying for what he eats?

This will likely drive down carrier prices and increase price of content streaming services. Should be a wash to the consumer.

The further the government gets away from the internet the better.

Last thing we need is a government firewall controlled by progressives that label everything as hate speech and conducts massive censorship.
