ISP's now have the ability to speed up or slow down your access to whatever content they wish. Not all internet sites are created equal.

Eta: I would love for the downvoters to tell me why this is inaccurate. Or just keep letting the downvotes rain because you dont like the truth.

Gets rid of title 2 classification and opens things back up to better ways of achieving "NN"

Govt. created monopolies can now use their status as a govt. protected monopoly to control your use of their product after youve purchased it..

If you don't like it, you'll probably have to relocate so you can pay another govt. protected monopoly to control your use of their product after youve purchased it.
