The defendants should depose anyone and everyone that remotely had anything to to with Seth Rich, and maybe solve this case

Wheeler is most likely bitter, yes. I've never claimed Wheeler is some innocent bystander in all of this.
But the claims in the lawsuit about Butowsky and Trump and interesting.

Liar. You haven't heard the tapes. You don't "provide tapes in a lawsuit". That isn't how it works. If there are tapes they will have to be authenticated and introduced into evidence. All you have is a petition and claims of evidence. You are getting ahead of yourself and believing, blindly, a petition. You also have yet to tie trump to supporting fake new sources. At worst, he allegedly read the story....even that appears made up.
