Any one with two brain cells rubbing together would understand the difference between a dude resisting arrest and a violent mob of people attacking police and trying to break down the inner doors to our legislative chambers.

Apparently you haven't watched both videos, or maybe you've just completely ignored this Ashli Babbitt killing.
In one situation there is an officer who is actively involved in assisting another officer with an individual who is resisting arrest and entering a vehicle with the intention to start the engine and drive (as evidenced by the fact that he did drive the car away before wrecking it). This absolutely puts the officers in danger.
On the other hand you have an officer who was nowhere near an individual who was clearly not a threat in any way and was surrounded by other officers both in front of and behind her. This fool fired blindly into a hallway that had OTHER POLICE OFFICERS IN IT!
If you can't see the difference in these situations, the problem is you. Not me.
