Can I steal some Rockport shoes or bass shoes?
Do I loot cold beer six packs or singles?
How much beer would I need to steal to balance the scales of justice?

so she was threat to a single policeman on one side of the door but not a threat to multiple police standing by her on the other side?
So tell me which one in this scenario poses a greater threat to police:
A handcuffed man, laying prone position, face down, barely a pulse, 4 officers on scene.
OR
A person jumping through a window of a federal building, officer don't know whether said person are armed/unarmed or their intentions. So tell me again, which poses the greater threat to an officer of the law.

I really Believe you’re full of fricking shite, and if black people charged a police station unarmed you’d be fine with whatever the body count was.
You fricking hack.
calling an admin a racist AND a hack is a damn strong move

I am pretty sure the Senior officer in this scenario got charged for this
let me google that and get back to you with some confirmation

this is a tough one, I mean three CPD uniforms, a plainclothes and three SRTs were comfortable enough with her presence to ignore and turn their backs on her but then she climbed into a window and scared the shite out of another officer with his gun drawn so he shot her dead
I guess the 130lb woman in the 2'x3' window is the bigger threat since the officer shot her and killed her

Which do you think is more common:
A cop get charged with manslaughter
Or a cop not getting charged with anything after a shooting.
They just charged the lady cop in the latest incident with manslaughter

Cars CAN be dangerous weapons. But if we let cops shoot anyone fleeing in a car we’d be in a mess.
Anyone fleeing from police in a car is a danger to the general public. This is an appropriate situation to use lethal force.

Now again, can YOU tell me what were her INTENTIONS. And yes the officer has been charged in the Floyd case because you can't justify what he did. On the other hand, the CPD Officer IS JUSTIFIED in his actions. That's what it all boils down too. JUSTIFICATION

How is this even possible? or legal?
Exactly.
If the Babbitt family wanted to file a civil suit how can they without his name?
(Oh well, our corrupt court system would just say they didnt have "standing").

In your mind Babbitt was fair game because she was not a minority, she’s not down with your Marxist agenda and she was pissed off over a near certain rigged election.

You would think the bullet would be proof her civil rights were violated.
That's not a slippery slope. That's a call to convict every officer for every shooting.

Nope
the CPD shooting is justified TO YOU
the GF case is not justified TO YOU
YOU are not the arbiter of the law and your personal beliefs do not determine justification of either reaction
I personally do not believe Chauvin's actions are justified either BUT a jury of his peers will determine his fate
Could the CPD officer have apprehended Babbitt when she went through the door? ABSOLUTELY. Did her actions justify killing her? In my opinion? NOPE
The sad fact is because the CPD officer is connected and protected there wont be an opportunity for a jury to judge whether or not he is guilty of crime. That is wrong in my opinion.

The cop who shot Ashli Babbitt should face his day in court and have his freedom decided by a jury of his peers. Inexcusable he's not facing consequences for this as she was in front of a whole squad of cops and they were going to handle her.
With that said, Ms. Babbitt was ignoring and refusing commands from police officers to disperse and leave the capitol building immediately and was attempting to breach a secure area that she had no authorization to be in. She bears some culpability for being six feet in the ground with a headstone over her right now.
Two things can be true at once.

She bears the honor of having confronted her traitorous representatives directly. She's a hero.

she shouldn't have been there, she shouldn't have done what she did and he shouldn't have shot her
