Since when?
Don't know exactly how long they've been there. He was pretty secretive about it. You can read about it here.

"We have another group of a half a dozen seals team six guys and CIA guys who are a counterterrorism unit that ... relate on a daily basis to Homeland Security, the FBI, and Metro," he said. "My company has metal detectors and devices at every entrance of the building for employees and guests that are non-visible to the public. We have done extraordinary things to make that sure we protect our employees and our guests at the hotel."

Steve Wynn is full of shite, if there were metal detectors you would know it. First of all think about all of the people walking in and out, wouldn't they set them off? If you maybe think it would require something with a lot of metal to set them off then what about these that are going in and out of the entrances every few seconds?

Has anyone been able to search property records to see what type of real estate this guy owned? I can't believe 4chan and Reddit haven't figured this out yet.

Well his security guy (or whomever he was) also mentioned them this morning. He wouldn't go into detail about it though. "Not at liberty to discuss". I have no idea what they actually have or how it works. I guess he could be bluffing.

Yeah, no way someone with money would ever kill hundreds or more thousands of people...

he was on the 32nd floor and not a comp'd high dollar suite?
I think most high dollar suites are towards the top. Plus he requested a room overlooking the concert

He shot out of 2 different windows in his suite. Based on this it was a pretty big damn suite and would not be cheap at all.

BREAKING: Brother says Las Vegas shooter was multi-millionaire real estate investor
Here is his home (garage door torn off following police raid this am):
Not really the stuff typical of a "multimillionaire".

He also owned a 1410sqft $225K home in Reno.

I'd venture the majority of mid-60s multi millionaire but not RICH Americans are probably not spending an obscene amount on a home.
Dudes described as relatively isolated by several neighbors along the last decade. His brother clearly doesn't know him well. No kids. If he kept to himself, collected weapons and gambled a bunch it's very possible he's just a dude that didn't have a ton he wanted to live for, liked to chase a certain kind of high, and had some fantasy he wanted live out before he died.

Word is he was spending 100k/night on poker.
Losing, or betting? If the guy is playing Texas Holdem and risking $100K, the HE is under 3%, so that 100K is actually a theo of $3K max, and worth about $900 in comps at best.
A $3K theo is hardly a big player, especially at a MGM property.

A multi-millionaire seems like the last type of person to commit such a horrible act.

So you're saying it was politically motivated?
Or an OJ scenario? Crime of passion? Did he hate country music so much that he wanted to kill as many country music fans as possible?
