Very typical of the average person that has 2,3, 4 million dollar net worth. Get the book "millionare nextdoor" gives a good breakdown of the stats of what people spend their money on relative to net worth.

We are talking about a psychopath though, so trying to "figure him out" is probably a waste of time. In the end, we may find characterizations of this lunatic as a "multimillionaire" to be accurate. His actions are just not the stuff typical of a "multimillionaire".
His brother, who made the multimillionaire claim, seems an odd duck too. So perhaps that accounts for inaccuracies, if any, in the meme.

I read it. I guess I missed the chapter on the "high roller" prototype who plays $100k per hand hold em.
