If one thing has been made clear, Hillary is the more evil of the 2.
I won't celebrate when Bill dies. I think he's been a wasted opportunity. A failure in many areas. And he skated for crimes which would have buried anyone else.

The budget came into balance during Clinton's Presidency because Newt Gingrich made him sign welfare reform and, more importantly, because Ronald Reagan won the Cold War. After 1990 we were able to cut defense spending so much that, along with the paring of the welfare rolls, the budget was balanced a few years later.
Clinton was there the same way Forrest Gump was in a lot of opportune places.
