Same ICIG that said this?

quote:

After receiving the Complainant? disclosure, the ICIG was required within 14 calendar days to determine whether the information alleged by the Complainant with respect to an urgent concern appeared credible.3 During that 14-day time period, the ICIG conducted a preliminary review of the disclosure. As a result of that preliminary review, I determined that the Complainant?s disclosure met the definition of an urgent concern, 119., a serious or flagrant problem, abuse, violation of the law or Executive order, or deficiency relating to the funding, administration, or operation of an intelligence activity within the responsibility and authority of the Director of National Intelligence involving classi?ed information.?4 I also determined that there were reasonable grounds to believe that information relating to the urgent concern appeared credible.-

This is nothing but Nancy pandering to the democratic donation base. They all know without a shadow of a doubt that Trump is re-elected in 2020. She had marching orders to bring charges of impeachment to the House. She knows it will ever pass the Senate, but must plant seeds of doubt to the sheep. Today’s shenanigans were nothing but theater to deflect from the forthcoming information showing what the Democratic Party has done with our government during the last administration.

Now the representatives go on record to either support a worthless cause and Nasty Nancy or fight for their career leeching off of the tax paying citizens.

So did the IG say it was a reasonable concern or that there was political bias? We have two sides saying different things.

Couldn't they wait a day or two to set the hook?

They're gonna yank the rig out of the fish's mouth.

Based on the September 9th letter it looks to me like the "reasonable concern" determination was from the preliminary review. Now, after reviewing it further he is saying that it had political bias. Two things can be true and determinations change after more facts come to light.

It seems reasonable to me that the IG got the whistleblower complaint, it sounded urgent because it was trumped up nonsense, and he said it was urgent. I'm sure that the initial complaint said nothing about it being hearsay. Then after a further review brought to light that this person never actually heard the call and that he is being represented by a firm that is essentially paying people to lodge whistleblower complaints against Trump it makes sense the determination would change.

That is from Atkinson, the same fella who was legal council for doj nsd when Carlin was filing the bogus FISA request and Carlin quit as soon as it was approved. Atkinson then got his dirty arse transferred to IG just so he could do something like this. Yes that dirty Atkinson.

The legal council for the IG looked at the whistleblower and deemed it a biased hearsay accusation and tossed it aside.
